Return/ Exchange Policy


We want to provide you with the best experience and service possible! We encourage you to carefully inspect all items upon arrival. If your new items did not meet your expectations, please allow us to make things right. You may email us within 21 days of receipt to request a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. The following items are not eligible for a return: 

  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Products/ Media
  • Lingerie/ Intimate Apparel 
  • Personalized Jewelry
  • Any item that has passed 21 days after delivery date

If your refund request is accepted, we will issue you an RA (return authorization) number and you will be emailed a shipping label to return the defective/ unwanted items. Please note that we inspect all items prior to shipping and we package each item carefully to prevent damages during transit.

Personalized Items

Personalized jewelry pieces are exempt from being returned. Please double-check that spelling is correct when placing a custom order and make sure to read product description carefully. Also, make sure to provide us with your email and/or phone number at checkout so we may contact you with any issues related to your order. You may also contact us with any concerns after your order has been placed. Please review our shipping guideline for personalized jewelry processing dates.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Lost In Transit

You will be provided with a tracking number shortly after placing your order. You are encouraged to track your package until it arrives to its destination. Please make sure to provide us with the correct address and contact information during the checkout process. If items become lost in transit we will send you a replacement, if available. Otherwise, you will be given store credit. If tracking says “delivered”, Luxe Cult shall not be held liable for packages not received. Please contact your local post office for further information or to file a claim.


Currently, our exchange policy only applies to domestic orders.

If for some reason you would like to exchange your item for the same item in a different size, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. If items are no longer available, you will receive a store credit. Please email us promptly to initiate this process. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached, if applicable.

A $3 return shipping fee will be applied for the following reasons:

  • Customer would like a different color/ style
  • Customer accidentally purchased the wrong item
  • Customer ordered the incorrect size 

Customer will not be charged for the following reasons:

  • Item damaged/ defective
  • The merchant shipped the incorrect item or size


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide us with an order number in order for us to verify your purchase at

Please note that our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 2-5 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
